How does the AI alignment score work?

Emplofy looks at your experience, the job requirements, practical factors like location and compensation, timing, and your own opportunity rating to explain how strong the fit really is.

Do I need to connect my email or calendar?

No. You can use Emplofy without integrations. Connecting Gmail or Calendar simply unlocks faster capture, reminders and smarter follow-up workflows.

Can Emplofy apply to jobs for me?

On supported application flows, yes. Emplofy can prefill or automate parts of the process based on your settings, while you stay in control of what gets submitted.
